1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GGL Bet ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This agreement takes effect immediately upon registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by GGL Bet.

2Member Eligibility

To register for and use the platform GGL Bet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and during your use of the platform.
• Is a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion register enforced by a relevant regulatory body.
• Has never had an account closed by GGL Bet due to fraud, misuse, or prior breach of terms.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

GGL Bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended or closed immediately, and account balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account at GGL Bet. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document (MyKad / Passport).
• Accurate date of birth for age verification.
• A valid, accessible email address.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for financial transaction purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. GGL Bet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

GGL Bet supports selected local Malaysian payment methods to ensure all transactions are processed securely and efficiently.

Payment methods accepted by GGL Bet including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) and other local Malaysian bank transfers.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used for the original deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the member's name.
• GGL Bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.
• Any attempt to use a third-party account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by GGL Bet subject to the rollover requirements and timeframes specified. The specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to RM888 for new members. Subject to the rollover requirements stated on the Welcome Bonus.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be exchanged or transferred to another member.
• Accounts found to be deliberately using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil rollover requirements may have their bonuses voided.
• GGL Bet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice should there be any indication of misuse.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the stated withdrawal requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the platform GGL Bet subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• GGL Bet reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrectly set odds, or exceptional circumstances that compromise the integrity of the bet.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (except where in-play betting is enabled) will be deemed void and automatically cancelled.
• For sports betting such as BWF badminton, Malaysia Super League football, and the EPL, all official results from the respective governing bodies are final.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, the decision of GGL Bet is final and binding.
• Any attempt to exploit betting limits, odds systems, or platform errors will be treated as fraud and will result in account closure.

For casino games and table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, the specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7Platform Prohibitions & Abuse

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform GGL Bet and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
• Colluding with other members to exploit weaknesses in the odds system or games (collusion).
• Using another person's information or falsified documents during registration or identity verification.
• Transferring funds between member accounts to circumvent bonus rollover requirements.
• Using the platform in any way to facilitate money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner that is unwarranted or contrary to the original intent of the promotion.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing support staff GGL Bet or other members.

8Account Suspension & Closure

GGL Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration details.
• Activity that is suspicious or potentially fraudulent in nature.
• Requests from regulatory bodies or legal authorities.
• At the member's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team GGL Bet via live chat or email. Valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days once all verifications are complete, provided no relevant terms have been breached.

9Data Protection & Privacy
